<p><font color="#ffffff">Having been in foster care ourselves we know that life can get tough. Some people prove they are not worthy of our trust, disappointment can routinely follow disappointment, but over time circumstances can get better, pain can subside, and faith can return. There are people who do care and success can be achieved through the process of accountability and perseverance.</font></p>
